Refund Policy

Your order is important to us and each item purchased from Moonlight & Magic is packed with loving care. Each item is thoroughly checked before being packaged and sent to you. We take the utmost care in packing and packaging your purchases to ensure each item arrives undamaged.

 

Damaged Parcels

We understand accidents happen and your order can be damaged in transit. However, Moonlight & Magic cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. In the event of a damaged package please contact us via our contact us page or email at moonlightandmagic@hotmail.com within 24 hours of your receiving your parcel. Photographs and a description will need to be provided to us and any resolution is at our sole discretion.

 

Damaged Products

In the event your product arrives damaged, you must email us at moonlightandmagic@hotmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your parcel and provide a description of the issue and images of any damages/defect. Each case will be accessed, and we will assist you as best we can. Any resolution is at our sole discretion.

Please note, Crystals are a natural material and may contain imperfections. These imperfections are called inclusions and are what make each crystal unique and special. Crystals may also have a variation in markings, shades and hues. These are not defects or damages.

 

Change of Mind

Once an order is placed, Moonlight & Magic does not accept cancellations, change of mind or exchanges. Please consider carefully before you purchase.
